In-person Reiki Sessions held in Cabinet Sentez at 64 rue Jean Guéhenno, in Rennes offer a relaxing approach to healing in a beautiful, serene space which inspires relaxation and energy realignment.
These sessions are perfect for those looking to alleviate stress, release emotional blockages, or enhance their natural vitality.



How Does a Reiki Session Proceed
Each session begins with a brief discussion to understand your intentions for the energy session and to try to identify the root causes of any issues. I take the time to listen to you.
Next, you lie down on the massage table and I work on your energies to detect and restore what is out of balance.
At the end of the session we will discuss how you feel and if needed, I will recommend physical or metal exercises for you to do at home.
Before your session

Wear loose, warm clothing to ensure you are comfortable during your session.

Allow at least 48 hours between Reiki and any other manual, psychological, medical, or energy-based practices (osteopathy, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, hypnosis, psychology, radiation therapy, magnetism, shiatsu, acupuncture, reflexology, etc.).

Avoid tobacco and alcohol for 24 hours before and after your session.

It is never recommended to interrupt any medication treatment that you follow in order to receive your Reiki session.
Let’s Work Together
These are one hour long sessions (70€).
Improvements are usually felt from the very first session, both psychologically and physically.
One session is therefore sometimes enough to re-energize, reduce tension and minor energy blockages, and thus regain a greater sense of calm.
If you have been experiencing grief or another type of suffering, you may consider booking 3 sessions, each 3 weeks apart.
Meet Your Practitioner

Welcome, I’m Anne.
I'm a meditation teacher and reiki practitioner. I was a research scientist (in applied physics), working at institutions in both Canada and France. I gradually transitioned into teaching meditation and practicing energy healing.
In my early to mid-twenties I struggled with anxiety, stress management and insomnia. At this same time I was introduced to meditation, reiki and yoga through various synchronous encounters including a physio therapist / reiki practitioner I had consulted for a sports injury.
After experiencing first-hand the incredible transformations and rebalancing of mental, emotional and physical energies Reiki can provide, I decided to become a practitioner myself. I went through the course and practical work at a Naturopathy school in Montreal, Canada and became an Usui Reiki Master Level practitioner in 2002 and have been practicing ever since.
