Envisioning what's next
You'll be guided through the seven modules of this course in a small group in a linear fashion, however this course has a spiral-like archetypal arc and you can return to the modules after our 6.5 weeks together to rework through them in
any order you would like. Each module is accompanied by a document which includes teachings and home practices for the week.
Time Commitment:
We'll meet on 6 consecutive Sundays for a 1.5 hour long teaching and Q&A session as well as a guided meditation. On the five Wednesdays that fall over the course period we'll meet for a half hour to meditate together. The Closing module will be taught during a one hour session on the last Wednesday of the course.
You'll need to commit to approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per day to work on the course work. This hour includes your time spent in daily meditations (mp3s provided).

An Overview of the Modules:
Module 1: Meditation and Intention Setting
This first module will set the tone for the rest of the course. It is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, witness and name what matters to you most. During this first week, you will either continue your meditation practice or start a daily one. This first module alone will help you to cling less to your thinking mind, bring your intuition back online, and find a state of peaceful presence that you'll carry with you throughout your days. Module 1 includes a 13-page pdf document of course material as well as daily intention setting and journal prompts and also three mp3s of guided meditations.

Module 2: Returning to the Body – Breath, Movement, and the Earth
We spend much of our lives seated, scrolling, and disconnected, living from the neck up, or slightly outside ourselves. This module is about remembering the wisdom of the body, the breath and the deep belonging of being part of nature. This is where your re-awakened intuition starts to naturally lead. There’s grounding here, and often some grief. A necessary slowing and re-rooting which facilitates the excavation of what truly matters. You'll name your emotional landscape, learn to map it and recognize it in your body and reorient with your inner compass found beneath roles and noise. Module 2 includes an 18-page pdf of course content, breathwork practices and journal prompts as well as a recording of a guided meditation.

Module 3: Rediscovering Values & Setting Boundaries
In Module 3, now that each member of our group is more connected to their inner world, we'll begin to clarify what we stand for and what we’re no longer available for. This is about sovereignty, discernment, and emotional responsibility. Turning values into real-life protection. Reclaiming the right to say no, and yes, from the soul outward. This module includes a 10-page pdf of course content and exercises for the week. There are also two mp3s of guided meditations.

Module 4: Living in Paradox - The Art of Integration
Module 4 is about leaning into paradox to embrace wholeness. This is a powerful pivot point where black-and-white thinking gives way to nuance, maturity, and humility. It’s where wounds, shadow, gifts and wisdom sit side by side informing us of our path to true integration. You'll understand and experience transformation to wholeness by making space for all of your parts. This module includes a 9-page pdf document of course content and exercises for the week as well as a recording of a guided meditation.

Module 5: Exploring Creativity and Belonging through Synchronicity and Symbol
Module 5 is where the unconscious and sacred offers gifts through symbol, intuition, ancestral threads and the creative act of remembering who you are. Belonging becomes less about others and more about alignment with deeper meaning. This module includes a 12-page pdf document of course content, exercises and journal instructions for the week as well as a recording of a dreamscape invitation.

Module 6: Discovering a Constellation of Emerging Archetypes
In Module 6, by inviting archetypal awareness into your daily practice, you’ll begin to see yourself through a mythic lens. Archetypes are living patterns of human experience in the form of energy that exist within all of us. We belong to these psychic patterns before we understand them. This module includes a 10-page pdf document of course content and archetype tracking journal prompts for the week. There is also a recording of a guided meditation.

Module 7: Integration and Embodied Visioning
What does all this look like lived? How do we carry our insight forward without rushing into productivity? A place to dream, to plant, and to rest in wholeness. Living the spiral of transformation, not by pushing forward, but by listening inward. Trusting synchronicity, welcoming intuition, and co-creating with time itself. This closing module will help you envision a future by living in conscious relationship with the unseen forces that shape your life. This module includes a 6-page pdf document with course content as well as an audio recording of a guided meditaiton to close out the course.

Welcome, I’m Anne.
I'm a meditation teacher and reiki practitioner. I was a research scientist (in applied physics), working at institutions in both Canada and France before slowly transitioning to teaching meditation and energy healing. In my early to mid-twenties I struggled with anxiety, stress management and insomnia. At this time I was introduced to meditation, reiki and yoga.

About Your Teacher.
The relief I gained from these eastern practices and philosophies led me on a path of healing that continues today. I no longer struggle with anxiety, I’m more self-aware, I sleep well, and I respond to life’s daily ups and downs with more grace rather than reactivity and rumination.
Since then, my curiosity has also led me to explore the edges of science. Areas that challenge the strictly materialist worldview I was trained in as a researcher. With a background in rigorous, Cartesian-style science, I found myself drawn to questions that mainstream research often overlooks: the mind–body connection, consciousness, and the healing potential of practices once considered “fringe".
My background in science keeps me curious and questioning, while my experience with meditation, yoga, and Reiki keeps me rooted in compassion and presence. Together, they shape the way I guide others on their own journeys.
Whatever your background is, meditation and the practices you'll learn in Find Your Groove can help you step into a life that feels more sustainable. It can help you feel your emotions for what they are - temporary experiences - and process grief and joy in a way that is deeply fulfilling and infused with love.
Find Your Groove Meditation is my signature course - I have poured my heart and soul into its creation. I love teaching it and watching my students start or continue to transform their lives.
Any Questions? FAQ:
Who is this program suitable for?
This program is suitable for women who are curious about meditation and have never tried it or for experienced meditators who would like to go deeper by exploring all the topics set out in the modules (see above). If you love synchronicity, I'm your teacher.

Do I need to have experience with meditating before joining the program?
No you don't. This course requires zero experience, just a curious mind and a desire to become more self-aware.

How is the content delivered?
The content is delivered in six 1.5 hour teaching and Q&A sessions over 6 consecutive Sundays, online, via Zoom. You'll receive a pdf document to read prior to each teaching session. There are also 6 Wednesday group online meditations (30 minute long meetings). And on the last Wednesday we'll meet for one hour to complete the final module. Recordings of the Sunday Zoom teaching sessions will be accessible if you're unable to make it Live. However, I encourage all students to attend the Sunday sessions so that we can meet and grow as a cohesive group.

This is big financial and time commitment for me, how do I know if this course is what I should invest in?
The quick answer here is to trust your gut. I do understand though that your gut may need a little more to go on...
If you'd like, you can book a 15 minute Q&A session with me about this course. Use the contact form below to reach out if you'd like to schedule a quick meeting via Zoom to meet me and decide. My time is valuable (as is yours), so I do charge 10€ for these meetings. If you are a group of friends interested in taking this course, you can book the 15 minute meeting and all of you can be present for it (only paying the 10€ once). Groups: Please keep in mind that I keep these courses small (6 people maximum per course) to ensure everyone gets the most out of their experience.
