Day 3
Expanding Self Awareness

  • Sending you on your way as a regular meditator.

In this 3-day online course you will learn the meditation technique that I use daily. It facilitates deep rest and recovery, stress reduction and increases self-awareness so that you will be better able to recognize your needs and respond to life with greater presence, serenity and emotional regulation. It can also deepen and improve the relationship you have with yourself as well as connect you to a sense of inner peace and stability.

About Your Teacher

Welcome, I’m Anne. I'm a meditation teacher and reiki practitioner. I was a research scientist (in applied physics), working at institutions in both Canada and France before slowly transitioning to teaching meditation and energy healing. In my early to mid-twenties I struggled with anxiety, stress management and insomnia. At this time I was introduced to meditation, reiki and yoga

The relief I gained from these eastern practices and philosophies led me on a path of healing that continues today. I no longer struggle with anxiety, I’m more self-aware, I sleep well, and I respond to life’s daily ups and downs with more grace rather than reactivity and rumination.

Meditation completely shifted my mindset. Initially it allowed me to set aside a brief, peaceful moment each day for myself away from what felt like an onslaught of demands that I wasn’t able to juggle. As I continued to practice meditating, I started to feel moments of a deeper sense of relief. l was rested and able to appreciate more the time I spent with my family, friends and in nature. I began to hold grief while simultaneously experiencing joy and love.

Over practice, these moments of relief turned into days and weeks of relief with only moments of overwhelm. My initial, brief, peaceful moments in time that I had felt with my eyes closed while meditating had become my new daily life normal.

I’m passionate about meditation because I’ve experienced first hand its life-changing effects and I’ve also witnessed it change the lives of my students. I had already been practicing meditation for over a decade when I decided to join Jonni Pollard's 1GiantMind Meditation Teacher Training program in 2020 and have been teaching this Being technique ever since completing my  training. 

Whatever your background is, meditation can help you step into a life that feels more sustainable. It can help you feel your emotions for what they are - temporary experiences - and process grief and joy in a way that is deeply fulfilling and infused with love. ​

Who is this program suitable for?

This program is suitable for people who are curious about meditation and have never tried it or for experienced meditators who would like to learn this Being technique.

Do I need to have experience with meditating before joining the program?

No! This course requires zero experience, just a curious mind and a desire to become more self-aware.

​

How is the content delivered?

The content is delivered in three 1.5 hour sessions over 3 consecutive days, online, via Zoom. Recordings of the sessions are provided if you’re unable to make it LIVE.

How will I continue meditating on my own after the course?

This technique is easy to learn and you'll be able to practice it on your own as of Day 1 of the course! Plus, once you've taken this course with me, you'll be considered a Find Your Groove Meditation Alumni and will be able to join my monthly group meditations (online over Zoom) for free for 4 months.
