Join me for a half-day online women's retreat where you'll gain a greater sense of belonging and balance through the practices of breathwork, journaling and meditation.

This is for any woman seeking self-care time and looking to explore practices that help them connect to their true nature - love, joy and belonging.  The practices explored throughout the afternoon will also assist with stress reduction.

This retreat includes breathwork, meditation exercises, journaling & reflection + group teachings and group discussion. You don't need any prior experience to enroll.
